Heike Fowler

Heike truly believes that personal & professional growth, leadership & confidence are essential for a fulfilled life & career.

Heike is originally from Germany and lived 12 years in England where she graduated with a degree BA (Hon) Advertising & Marketing Communications. She worked many years in Berlin and London as a Senior Marketing Manager & Business Development Manager in global companies such as BMW and International Stock- Broking companies such as E*trade and CityIndex. She understands the pressure of aligning personal and professional commitments. In 2004 Heike was nominated “Business Women of the year” in Europe.

Heike is an ICF (International Coach Federation)  accredited and credentialled Executive, Leadership & Business Coach. She is also a certified NLP Master Practitioner. Heike trained with the well known Robert Dilts &  Ian Mc Dermott at the International Teaching Seminars (ITS) in London as well with the Open Door Coaching Institute in Melbourne, two of the most respected coaching schools worldwide and two of the few organisations accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Furthermore, Heike is a licensed Print Profiling coach which is highly beneficial for performance improvements.

Heike successfully combines her 15 years of International corporate expertise with her coaching.  She has been coaching in Berlin, London and in Perth, Australia. Heike is a business mentor for the Centre of Entrepreneurship, a coach &  member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a coach & professional member of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) in Perth.

Travels around the world and work in global companies have enabled Heike to co-operate and communicate with people from various cultural backgrounds and different career levels.

Heike is a living example of how someone can achieve anything they aspire in life and business. She has lived in several countries, earned a degree whilst studying in a second language, created a flourishing career and travelled the world independently. All of these events and life experiences have sometimes pushed her outside her comfort zone and yet she has achieved her goals.

Through intensive studies, as well as personal and professional development Heike has learned to deliver sustainable change and to build the life and career she desired. Her passion is to encourage people to be their best, run a successful business and enjoy their careers.
